Hailing from the lineage of Appullar, the maternal uncle of Vedanta Desika, he studied the scriptures under renowned scholars of his times after receiving formal education in Sri Venkateswara College, Tirupati. Proficient as he was in five languages - Tamil, Sanskrit, English, Telugu and Hindi - he took to writing and editing of religious works with ease. His popularity was due to his ability to expound the traditional scholarly works for the laity both in his writings and discourses. He untiringly taught, lectured and wrote till his end. This website is dedicated to the legend who initiated several projects targeting the youth to follow our traditions and made through the horizon of Srivaishnava Sampradaya like a colossus in an incomparable manner.
